If anyone has any idea that how to start a company and what to do after having an idea how to start with the execution i badly want to setup my startup but i really have no clue how to move forward with this.Someone please guide me.Also if a startup is at budding stage is it necessary to register it as a company and if it is that important how should i do that.I have bundles of questions but there is no one to help me out

Hey I know it's overwhelming.Since you have an idea start developing that and start talking to your customers and check whether it's worth pursuing. Marketing validation is important.Dont take much time thinking about other things start with something and start validating your idea .
