Kerosene was actually for the diesel engine which is very less refined and it is not good can say that harmful signs of intoxication such as mild CNS symptoms. Even though many petrol pump use kerosene earlier now , it is not possible but earlier petrol pump owner's used to do scams a lot .

Yes, that could be counted as one of the reasons to partially ban kerosene!
