Even in India 1 Cr+ houses are lying empty. We have a housing crisis. A lot of NRIs buy in India and then keep the flat vacant. Somebody should solve for these empty flats.

There could be many solutions including the one above, but Rich here is also selfish, unlike Singapore whrre high rises are where the poor get to stay here be it a unliveable slum, it belongs to the rich, they STILL wont share
