Even in India 1 Cr+ houses are lying empty. We have a housing crisis. A lot of NRIs buy in India and then keep the flat vacant. Somebody should solve for these empty flats.
Swapping tenents, from the slum, sponsored by the government. So that we don’t have high slum density areas, might as well accommodate them
