First thing the startups don't do all the manufacturing in Nepal, they outsource it in China, very heavily dependent on china and importing is expensive but still as I have observed they are doing great. I will definitely make a post addressing it.

Outsourcing the manufacturing is a common in india as well. It good good in last few years only. So that issue can be solved. So Even government can help in this ( if they want). The only issue is that once the industry is dominated by Indian and C

Yea it definitely is but the price point is cracked by them it's only NRP 1,30,000, maybe the battery is expensive but the base is well crafted leading to good future of easy go ( electric cycle startup ) , most probable competitor is Ola electric which may compete in Nepal in future the government here is corrupted and uneducated and dumb
