Why are there songs in Indian movies? Are filmmakers exploiting music industry for commercial gain to boost box office performance? In contrast to Hollywood and many other film industries globally, Indian movies always incorporate songs and dance.

I used to think about this all the time 😂😂😂 This other people randomly joining thing, it makes absolutely no sense, and what’s funnier is people being ok with it, or normalised should i say. Music se sensationalism create hota hai (hence one item song) aur iss sensationalism ko as a proxy for creativity use karte hai, directors. This is my opinion.
