What's your startup about and how many pivots did it take to find your best fit? I'd like to hear what your startup is about and mainly if you think you're still finding your best product-to-market fit or if you've found it already. If you have, could you share your journey to get there? What lessons did you learn and do you have any advise for companies still looking for that. specific PMF?

Oof, we're probably on our 4th pivot at this point. Our startup is building productivity tools for remote teams. I think we're finally closing in on nailing the PMF, but it's been a long, winding road getting here. Lots of learnings along the way.

Honestly, I think we stumbled into product-market fit with our AI writing tool almost by accident at first. But tons of user interviews, usage analysis, and continuous iteration over 18 months got us to a point where we're very confident in our PMF now.
