Fabheads Automation is a chennai based start-up which was founded in 2015 by former ISRO engineers Dhinesh Kanagaraj and Abhijeet Rathore, along with Akshay Ballal. Noticing the huge demand of carbon fiber by ISRO and the delays caused in its manufacturing from manual methods they founded Fabheads which focuses on developing 3D printers for fabricating composite products, particularly high-end carbon fiber parts. And they built Asia's first carbon fiber 3D printer. Their famous clients includes 1. Agnikul Cosmos - Fabheads provided Agnibaan launch vehicle to Agnikul cosmos and rest is history. 2. Indian Air Force (IAF) - Through the iDEX program, Fabheads is developing carbon fiber helicopter blades for the IAF, aiming to extend their lifespan and reduce maintenance costs 3. The ePlane Company - It leverages Fabheads expertise in fabricating composite parts for their electric aircraft projects. other Clients includes 1. Synergy Marine Group 2. Tunga Systems 3.
