Your idea will be either a product or service right? So maybe you can think about how the potential customers will use it. On which channels will the product or service be available? If it's a physical product, then maybe think about the manufacturing and how it is delivered to the customer. If it's a software product, the delivery is via an app or a website or something. Put yourself in the customer's shoes and see how they will receive your product or service.
