★ Source Tweeter - please slove this problem My @Olacabs driver, when I asked to increase the cooling from 2 to 3, claimed that his car would catch fire as it is too hot outside. @ola_supports has the same absurd chatbot system where you can waste 30 minutes to reach absolutely nowhere. My kid was crying the whole time because he was sweating inside along with me and my wife. I had the option to end the trip and wait for another cab, but the heat outside was not great either. On a normal day, I usually end the trip after asking the driver to park and get another cab. One time an Ola driver threatened to kill me because I asked him to drive properly as the road was bumpy. Not sure what happened to my complaint to Ola after that. I don’t have much faith in their redressal system, but what to do! One can only vent out here on
