Telesales can still be effective, but alternative strategies like digital marketing, content marketing, social selling, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, referral programs, and relationship selling are gaining popularity.

Yes, there are bunch of options yet many companies still reply or keep telesales as part of them. To some extent telesales do work but his efficiency has been getting low and low day by day.
