Does someone else share this feeling too? The feeling of constantly running, and not reaching anywhere? On the surface, I am doing great. I enjoy what I do, I am passionate about work every day, I am getting compensated fairly, and I am taking on more responsibilities than any of my peers. Yet, I constantly feel this sinking feeling in my stomach that I am running but not reaching anywhere. Is this a common occurrence when life is mundane and every day is random, yet you know there is limited scope for variation?

When your lifestyle comes at a loop 🔁 and you are daily doing the same things over and over again. Yes it indeed does become brutal but what you can do is add somethings to your life that alter this loop. Meet new people, go out, workout, play sports and many other such additions can break this loop making you comeout of this cycle.
