I literally messed up. So the last night I made a bluder. It is the reason for miscommunication and some operation failure. The thing is that I am involved in the hiring process of interns for different teams. For technical department and for sales. But one day my one of the board member calls me and inform me that I have a meeting with Alex. I have asked him who is Alex. But he said he didn't know him. Then I also asked with other members who is Alex? And they too don't know about him. I got some forwarded messages which has the conversation between Alex and CEO of our company. I can't understand what they are talking because of no context. I thought Alex is an intern and I have to interview him. When meeting time was near. I called Alex. He deneid my phone call. Then I thought wait let me read the forwarded msg more carefully.Then I realized it is our foreign client. I am calling at 5:30 am USA. I confirmed this point with the CEO.
