Is it worth doing cse If I join today it will take 4yrs to complete it . Wouldn't be ai better then anyone till 2028

what about jobs after 4yrs
If you are a job kinda guy, you need to really excel in academics to land in a good college(for both mbbs or btech) If you can't do that, you are not getting a job anyway. So, make your decision accordingly.
The truth is you are not going to find a job anyway unless you are highly qualified. I would suggest you to adapt yourself to the changing dynamics and take a decision accordingly.
