If you are a job kinda guy, you need to really excel in academics to land in a good college(for both mbbs or btech) If you can't do that, you are not getting a job anyway. So, make your decision accordingly.

The point is that I want to learn ai but my elder cousins are saying me to not choose engineering and they are telling me to go into medical (based on their experience they are saying that engineering is not good)
