Are you judging people based on their English grammar or knowledge ?

Doesn't matter. If it's a case, I'm going to get it what they're trying to say. But, after pointing out their mistakes, if thy show arrogance or not willing to accept or learn, then it's not a good sign. Never ever judge a person by their language. If a person born in Delhi, will probably good in English. But, when the same person visit Rajasthan or Gujarat, a person will not understand the Marwari or Gujarati language. Does it mean that a person is Paagal or Gaandu? No. Same goes with English as well.
