Hey I am on Medial ‱ 9m

"English is a language and not a sign of intelligence" English shouldn't be a barrier to getting a good job especially in a country where only a small percentage speak the language fluently. Hence my idea is here as follows A web based application which allows companies where the official language of communication is their native language to upload their hiring notices for candidates who speak the vernacular. Additionally the app also trains vernacular educated users to [ ] Write official emails in their native language [ ] Prepare PPTs [ ] Reports Etc The web based app also digitises these businesses/ companies by providing an interface in the regional languages to help employees and managers use their native language to manage operations in the company.
