Some People say that a formal degree or college doesn't matter much but I don't think so..I have seen the Industries favour the tag of IIT IIM more than any ordinary college graduates even if he is more hard working and skillful. I think IIT and IIM

Scored 59.8% in 10th, 58% in 12th and 77%in B.pharma.. how much %ille required to get good IMS like lIM (Rohtak, Raipur). And how much my academic cause problem during IIM selection and specially during placement? or what I should do?
