This might sound dumb but hear it out. Why are there no platforms where people with ideas for startups or people who have an MVP and what not can sort of like post or something about either their idea or about their product/business in order to seek

I can see both pros and cons. Pro is it gives founders without connections a way to get in front of investors. Con is that you'd likely get flooded with a ton of low-quality ideas and it could be a slog for investors to find diamonds in the rough. So
