Hey I am on Medialย โ€ขย 11m

Dealing with burnout was my most challenging experience. I was pushing myself too hard and it was affecting my health and decision-making. I overcame it by delegating more, taking regular breaks, and focusing on self-care. It reminded me that the well-being of the founder is crucial to the companyโ€™s success.
