Have been applying to startup and not getting a job :( Next plan is to get a job at a small but good starup as a security guard or receptionist and hope that someone senior can help me learn and then maybe I’ll become capable. The effort won’t stop 🫡
I know the pain of applying to startups, it's hard to get through. Can you please share which job role you're looking at?
Hey, we're from CADILACT DAIRY LLP, a startup company 40KM away from Pune... We'd like if you could be the part of our journey!

I started as an office assistant at a startup and eventually moved into a marketing role and now after some switches I am in PocketFM! It’s all about making connections and showing your eagerness to learn and grow. Don’t lose hope bro!
It’s a practical approach. Sometimes you need to take unconventional paths to reach your goals. Just ensure that while you’re working, you’re also learning and growing your skillset. All the best bhai.

It’s a unique strategy, and it shows you’re willing to do whatever it takes. Just make sure you balance your time wisely and continue building your skills outside of work through online courses or personal projects.
Too many comments still it's showing 2 comments. Bug spotted 🪲
Your positive attitude and perseverance will definitely pay off. Being in the startup environment in any capacity will give you insights and opportunities to learn. Keep your eyes open and take every chance to grow. Mr. Brightside, don’t forget to just be a lil proactive once you get the job, network jee bhar ke, so that you dont have to browse an app to get a job EVER.
Look for startups that have structured shit, or else you’ll regret later, or a culture of internal promotion. This way, you know there’s a clear path for you to move up within the company. Your hard work and dedication will definitely be noticed.
Kaise kese log hai 😆😆
Just make sure the startup you're aiming for has a solid future. The last thing you want is to be stuck in a dead-end job at a failing company. Do your research and choose wisely. Good luck!

Bro while this approach shows great initiative, I would also suggest continuing to apply for entry-level positions or internships related to your field. Sometimes persistence and a bit of luck can lead to the right opportunity.
Gain proper skills before investing your time in any start-up.
Persistence is key, and your willingness to start anywhere to get your foot in the door is commendable. Make sure to express your aspirations to your coworkers and supervisors. You never know who might take you under their wing.

Bro maybe you can try for a few more months. I'd srather suggest improving your skills in peace at home. What's the point of a receptionist job?
