Reduce the expense like cutting down the office space expense, by giving work from homes and now with the saved amount you can pump ads and advertise about your company grab more clients. Cutting down the salary is never a solution ig, it's company's issue rather cut down payment for your shareholders , it's better to convence them rather then cutting down salaries leading to much more poor performance. Ig this work for small companies for for already established or big companies. Correct me.
