Outsourcing interviews are a buzz these days in the market . How this idea is validated ? What if interviewer just wanted to make money out of it and rejects a good candidate anyway by giving wrong ratings to increase interview volume ? Curious to know how interviewers guidelines have been made so that decision of interviewer is justified and validated.
