Horrible interview experience I just interviewed at a startup for a full stack developer (Mern), after 3 interviews over a week. They offered me to join remotely for 3 months training, and then they may extend a full time offer on-site in bengaluru,

Honestly, that's becoming a somewhat common bait-and-switch tactic, especially with early stage startups looking to get cheap labor. They entice people with the dream opportunity, make them grind for 2-3 months under the guise of "training", and then either lowball the full-time offer or cut them loose. It's gross.
