Nope they aren't entrepreneurs. They are simple social-media hyped small businesses. Just like our local kirana stores. They aren't entrepreneurs. They are "self employed" and their sales are totally dependant on their views on Instagram or others. They don't have any meaningful impact, neither do they address and solve any problem. I'll say considering our Indian farmers as entrepreneurs are way better than them.
