What is skills ?why everyone is talking about it from govt to Influencers what it's core advantage? I find it skill employee is good for corporate and self employment but not for entrepreneurship i feel like creative entrepreneurs will create more jobs for skilled employee rather than self employed (creative entrepreneurs are people who took a idea to prototype to monetization) why we are not talking about creative entrepreneurs ?

according to me,, there is no difference between employee and self-employed because after one time both are in the trap of limited income and limited growth they can't expand their self..
