I will add a basic and effective feature the app only have focus mode. When the focus mode is on. No notifications, you can only open the apps that you have given before. That's it. It's simple and efficient.

Honestly i find all these kind of apps useless. Which ultimately matters is perseverance, discipline. I found these kind of apps on the phones of people who are most aimless people ,living life like a vagabond. These kind of people flex by showing other people that how disciplined if they are using this app. Hope this helps

Just a suggestion for the medial team. I believe it would be a great improvement to add a ‘find friends from your contacts’ feature within the app. And also allow us to tag someone in a post (for example let me tag @medial in this post). Just a sugge
