Why is Truecaller an app and not a feature in all mobile phones?

I Think medial have to add many things in the app I'm missing something really

There's no tagging feature in Medial. There should be a feature where we can tag any user or profile. What you guys think?

Why are people against Truecaller? If privacy is the reason, our phone numbers are compromised anyway. Sweden, with a population lesser than Bangalore, gave us truecaller. India is the largest market of this app. Plus India has the largest spam

I think Medial should come up video call and voice call feature as well , because it would be easy to discuss idea with founders rather then exchanging number .
