Apple has assembled iPhones worth $14 billion in India in the fiscal year 2024. Apple assembles 14% of its iPhones in India, which means 1 out of every 7 iPhones is assembled in India. Foxconn owns 67% of the iPhones assembled in India, Pegatron Corp assembles 17%, and Wistron Corp (which is now a part of the Tata Group) assembles the rest. Apple had shipped 1 crore iPhones to India in 2023. Right now China is Apple's biggest iPhone making hub.
