What are business ideas for tier 3 cities with low investment and high potential Request all please don't suggest for food stall and garment business

Tier 3 cities, see luxury does not traveled tier2 itself you are focusing on tier3. Still I would say. A quick milkshake store or quick food stall will always work. Depends on the youth culture and how they spend time in your city. Focus mostly how they spend their time and also talk if possible and make a startup on it. Trust me only a teenage person will come up to spend on any startup not a old people who still bargains. Also try making a game field like swimming pool, shuttle, cricket playing places with low cost. This should mostly work in my opinion.
