Hii all I'm Vaibhav, hope you all are doing well it's my first post. The average house hold income of Indians are increasing day by day, at the same time the consumption of Indians are increasing too it's good thing but the waste which we are producing do you think its recycling!! no, the municipality guys will collect the waste and they will dump it or hardly they will segregate and up-cycle the waste . If we consider Bangalore alone 5,000 tonnes of waste is produced out of which 64% is wet waste, 27% is dry waste and the rest is Construction, Hazardous, Sanitary and Mixed Waste and out of which 2/3 of waste is recycled by private players and BBMP. what about the tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Have any one thought about this massive problem..
