Hey! honestly I don't think average income India is increasing as much Recently, i read an article It was an eye opener To be in the top 10% your monthly income should be 25 thousand,it just feels like a threat to the country India's GDP is increasing Because top 0.1%'s networth is increasing & as you mentioned about the waste It's nothing new for our country,we always blame government but people barely take care of there surroundings,we only see unity in hitting on plates with spoons When it comes to cleaning the surroundings we barely see anyone

Thing is people not seeing it as a problem. Maybe many people considering it as a problem but in tier 2 cities. Bruh people themselves throw irregularly. People only see it as a problem when this comes near to their homes. One day all this comes down as a biggest problem and goverment starts taking action. Until then we can't do anything. It's we what we are doing.

Recycling waste is of the biggest problem in the and definitely we need 5-10 startup in This filed but the main problem is that entry bairer is very high in terms of capital and that's why nobody is passionate about this field but currently 1-2 startup are slowly working on This segment.

I really hope more entrepreneurs and innovators focus on tackling different aspects of this supply chain - improving segregation and collection efficiency, bringing in latest processing technologies, creating better functioning recycling markets and more, basically a full-stack solution, the bigger the problem the bigger the opportunity lies there.

The impact on public health, groundwater pollution, choking of drainage systems etc from poor waste management is already starting to show.

The waste management capabilities of municipal bodies are already struggling to keep up even in major cities like Bangalore. And honestly if you look at it the problem lies deeper, the workers on the ground arent paid well enough.

You raise a really important issue that doesn't get enough attention. Rampant waste generation and poor recycling/disposal is a ticking time bomb, especially as consumption grows with increasing incomes
