I think yes because innovation and tech is something that cannot be bought. Startups are far more agile.
Why are Indian Startups not that innovatory?
Rather they are just build upon an already establish idea or something like that. And btw with innovation i mean building something genuinely interesting.

Now I understand that Indian's don't want to work on hard tech because it's need huge dedication and Research for creating any innovation like Chinese and Japanese start-ups .
Why is UPI not in foreign? Why couldn't any other country build something like UPI despite them having greater tech talent and a more tech-friendly government?
