I don’t really think so Tech startups need time to come into market and food startup’s can come rightaway. And have such a huge Social media consumers in India they can easily survive. Most of the Tech startups die due to lack of funding. So Central govt should take initiatives to support the Tech companies incentivise VC for funding such companies rather posting MEME dialogues
