And also for the company safety, once they subscribe to your services..have a guardian who lives in the same city and can reach out..This can be any relative. also consider worst scenario... let's say a situation happens and before reaching the hospital, the patient dies unfortunately or maybe after reaching the hospital..the people can end up blaming you saying that you didnt reach on time or some other reasons..so pls think on how will you deal with this too... Yes a document where the guardian signs that if the patient dies before reaching hospital can help u legally in one way... The best way to understand this would be to talk to doctors across different hospitals and to get to know their experiences with patients... That will provide you many problem statements and solutions to think upon...the more hospital visits, the better clarity on healthcare needs...
