Getting professionals is an amazing idea. When someone hears the people are from the hospital, that's a relief. To make it more trustworthy, you can share the details of the people who are taking care of the patients with the family members. To make it even more trustworthy, try a feature where they can see the patients live. Like a cctv thing or some technology where they can keep an eye over the patient till they reach hospital. So when you do all this and when you advertise about this, the chances of the user feeling that he's having more control increases and because of that he will consider to get your service cause there is transperancy. This will also ensure that no crime takes place as the volunteers are under the watch so they will be careful to not commit any mistakes and if they did, you will have proof to hold them accountable. So it's a win win situation according to me.

Absolutely love the idea. I think in future , a bodycam sort of thing can be done which can enable real time communication between family members and their kin who are away which would provide some psychological solace as well
