Great when tour operators or travel operator names comea than instant person n company name comes to mind is phanidra sama of res bus who took red bus tp different height altogether

Redbus did a fantastic job in achieving success however as a traveller I have used redbus few time and there services were not up to the mark. I complained but they didn't resolve.
