I personally find existing Chatbots to be a little overrated. They're fantastic for simple, straightforward tasks like ordering a pizza, but when it comes to more complex or nuanced conversations, they can struggle. This can make them feel a bit overrated, especially when they're marketed as being able to handle almost any query or request. One of the biggest challenges is their inability to truly understand context or emotions. This can lead to frustrating interactions where the chatbot either provides irrelevant responses or fails to understand what the user is trying to convey. Another aspect that can make chatbots feel overrated is the hype surrounding their capabilities. They're often touted as being able to revolutionize customer service or even replicate human-like conversations, but in reality, they still have a long way to go. Many people find them impersonal and prefer interacting with a real person, especially for more sensitive or complex issues. Any thoughts?
