Do Self-help books really help?

Could you please recommend any courses, books, or mentorship opportunities that would help me learn about business?🍃

Can we replace 2 hours of netflix watching with watching such videos that will actually help people to do something! What do you think about netflix and similar platforms? Do they waste time or are they actually helpful?

Self-help books are overrated. Do you think the same? I would rather choose novels and collections written by H.P. Lovecraft, Novoneel Chakraborty, Ruskin Bond, and the Harry Potter series, of course.
