But there’s this one book I have heard of that has small tasks- ‘Dear Stranger You deserve to be Loved’. Will be giving that a read once, and hope the little tasks help me read the entire book this time!

I think self-help books work best when they are focused on specific goals or areas of improvement like productivity, financial management, relationships, etc. The broad "life-changing" books can make big promises but offer limited practical value.
