FANG/IIT/IIM people are over rate!
I'm an early stage founder currently building an MVP. Initially i tried hiring folks from reputed background (previous work exp in top MNC, IIT/IIM tag). Their resume was so shiny and they even cracked the interview
No doubt if they want they can. But they don't, they try to optimise for their profit. Early stage startup founders should start optimizing their hiring accordingly.
I want to know why any early stage startup founders are not hiring business analyst in their startup ?
