Most of the internships are scams, I don't know why this 1st year college students are very much addicted for internships. They don't give you learnings. They just use you for some dirty work and leave you. Only do internships if only if they have a full time convo policy else chill bruh.

In good organisation No, In bad organisation Yes. Most early stage startup founders who seek fast and cheap success pratice such things. I have even seen many demanding tones of work for unpaid internship.

That depends on you , you apply yourself and internships are better than doing random courses online. You can develop skills.
