In Pune,many industries, particularly B2B and BPO are extending their shift timings, which is making life very hard and frustrating for many people. I have many friends who are facing issues such as lack of career growth opportunities and feeling hopeless. They are unable to access learning facilities from their respective companies. People try to switch jobs, but unfortunately, family burdens, societal pressures, the habit of receiving a monthly salary, and most importantly, being stuck in a loop make it difficult for them. They forget how beautiful the world outside is becoming. Technology is at its peak, with opportunities waiting for the right people. Your like-mindedness will die if you don't take necessary action for yourself, your future wife, child, and the promise you made to yourself when you were a kid – to take care of your parents in their old age by providing all necessary support.
