Jash, a two-and-a-half-year-old boy from Gujarat, became the youngest cadaver donor in the region, giving a new lease of life to five individuals, including two children from Russia and Ukraine. After a tragic fall from the second floor led to brain hemorrhage, Jash was declared brain dead. His parents, in a noble gesture, consented to donate his vital organs. His heart and lungs were transported to Chennai's MGM Hospital, while his kidneys, liver, and corneas were donated to recipients within India12. This act of kindness by Jash's family has been a beacon of hope and has highlighted the importance of organ donation.
