"Its the only way for me to survive". Most of the people around us, and it might even be you, are submerged in a fantasy world of social media. Tons of them look at it as a coping mechanism to survive. But what lies under the covers of this is some harsh reality, the allure of the digital abyss, where countless souls wander in a "fantasy" is not just "scrolling", its getting one step closer to being more and more addicted, day by day. Well as easy as it may sound, its as big of an addiction as doing acts of self pleasure each day every single night. It gives you a boost of short termed dopamine and your soul feels as if it is the happiest one alive in this world of dead bodies. Chase long termed dopamine and not the bubble one. Is this the legacy you wish to leave behind? So the next time when you are scrolling inevitably as if it is the oxygen for your asthama, and reality bangs the doors of your mind, have a thought. For now, have a great day 🌞.
