Bro, profit sharing coz if u make a profit of let 10cr maybe I will get 2cr/3.5cr or whatever we have deal. If I ask fixes salary then u have 10cr profit and I only get 1.2lak/2.5lak. (Basically it's depends on the person if the person have family then most probably he will go with fixed salary. If he/she is bachelor 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓then profit)
