Can anyone tell that if someone has a very good idea for a startup but he does not have the funds to work on that idea nor does he have the time to work on the idea, then in that situation, can he sell that idea to someone or not ?

If someone thought to not to go for placement, instead to work on his start-up. But parents are unsecure about this and they have the problem what the society will think of it. What should be idea step to be taken and is it ok to ask for more 1 yea
