Bro, profit sharing coz if u make a profit of let 10cr maybe I will get 2cr/3.5cr or whatever we have deal. If I ask fixes salary then u have 10cr profit and I only get 1.2lak/2.5lak. (Basically it's depends on the person if the person have family

That's the point a person who understand the start-up will join u. And ask for profit. That's why I said mostly bachelor's will take risk.
