Okay so im working with a team, on a short term project, one teammate also has same skills like me (marketing) and wants to do that part, but she got that role first, and she did her job but nobody liked her work at all, so that was obviously transferred to me. I did it and it got approval from everyone... now her and her friends are indirectly trolling me by saying shit. I'm not able to co-opreate with it, it's just giving me a little anxitey. (I know, real life is like this and I need to learn to cope up with it). Should I just ignore it and be a bigger person or talk to her about it?

yeah, been there. It's such a lame insecurity thing when people get weirdly competitive at work like that. My two cents? Document everything - every snide comment, every bit of trolling. Then take it to your manager so it's on record before Amy and her posse try to make it bigger than it needs to be. Cover your own ass, you know?

I'm going against the grain here - I think you should have a candid conversation with Amy. Not a confrontation, but an honest discussion about how her comments come across as unprofessional and make you feel uncomfortable. Give her a chance to cut that shit out before escalating to management.

Oof, office politics are the worst. I've absolutely been in your shoes before - it sucks when coworkers get petty and clique-y over dumb stuff like this. My advice would be to kill them with kindness. Don't stoop to their level of immaturity. When Amy or her little troll patrol make comments, just smile, be polite, and take the high road. Treat it like the nonsense it is.
