Zepto’s work culture is toxic. Don’t expect any work life balance, you will have to work on holidays if required. Most senior management lacks experience, high level of office politics, regular removal of people they don’t “like”.

Should have seen the red flags. Hope everyone reads this post and avoids this startup.
