Guys since I took example of a car many people assuming it similar to zoomcar. But the marketplace place m trying to put is quite different. In simple English the marketplace is something sharing things with strangers.. how u typically share things with your friends n family members. The things could be anything whether it could be a car or bike or stay as well.

Nice, Zoomcar already has a similar model, you can maybe refer to their working model. It's only available in a few cities though.

Main problem is that maintenance and what if any custom damage something ? What if they steal your car ? At the end of the day price will be same if you compare ola and uber or any local driver

What if Ramu visits more to banglore than raju visiting Hyderabad, then raju's car is being used many times .. You should add a feature of Minimal charges per usage by them.. Also solve the problem in case if any damage incurred by one person then u have to be responsible as one person cannot stay in that place for so long

Rapido did so with bikes but banned either in Kerala or karnataka. Because ,it do count in commercial business,which require Yellow number plate and license fees ,which would compel to imitate business model alike rapido or ola/uber...zoom..etc; And both ola and uber struggling with quality of service (ride cancellation). Even need to maintain servers which require money.Hence need to make revenue or to carry out profit for the purpose. For context,Ola and uber both are surging there loss as venture capital firms provide funding to them.Rapido is of unique kind and economical too ,as serves in two Wheeler market but suffering from noms and regulation / banned in some states due to regional politics(in sense,Autodrivers and car rental companies suffering losses from competition). conclusively it can be stated that In the business you will suffer political heat,financial obstructions and legal regulation abstrains. And if any wrongdoing happens owner will be legally sued.

That's a great idea but the problem evolves when you get into tier 3 cities and also to define the best revenue model and one more thing is this can be copied by big giants like ola or uber and last thing is I think this is a bit late to execute that's my opinions anyway good observation on how to turn personal problem into a business solution.

A company similar to your idea came to Shark Tank. But it was more of a co-owning thing. The problem here is Car owners don't want to rent out there cars to others because you can't trust the people not just in terms of driving but in terms of cleanliness too. Rough driving causes car parts to wear off at a speedy rate and a person who drives his car with care doesn't want that to be happening.

Well there is an app for this available in large cities . Zoom car is the name . It hasn’t scaled or made a unicorn out of this idea . Well might be potential in it . As renting business is at rise like airbnb
