1. Dunzo had no gamechanging USP, delivering an item from person A to B had no wide customers 2. They didn't rush in capturing the highest marketshare, although they had an early mover advantage 3. During Covid, they were cutting down costs by blocking less demanded areas, while others were hustling and investing heavy on increasing their services and gain higher market share

Dunzo wasn't aggressive enough like others. Zepto has too much funding and Blinkit has Zomato's support.

Dark store model wasn't adopted fast enough by them. It was hard to overhaul existing model.
